Would you like to return items?
You can return your ordered items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be sure to have all tags attached and in the original packaging. All items must be unwashed, unworn and in resalable condition.
Otherwise the return will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
Please note: If you would like to return individual items from a bundle, we will charge the original price of the respective items (which will be taken into account in the refund).
You can request your return and receive your return label using the following returns portal. For deliveries within Germany, returns are free for you on orders of €40 or more. Independent return shipping applies to returns from other EU countries. Please also use our returns portal to receive further information on returns.
Would you like to exchange items?
We do not offer direct exchanges via our returns portal. Please return your goods and then place a new order. This also applies to individual items in our bundles. We will take this into account when issuing a refund and your bundle price will remain the same.
Further information
If possible, please return the items in the original packaging. The items must have the original tags and must be unused - except for the purpose of trying them on. If the goods are worn, washed or damaged, there is no obligation to take the goods back.

The refund will be made within a few working days of receiving your goods. Please note that the refund will be made via your original payment method.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email to support@straede.cc. We will exchange your item after checking it.
