Would you like to return items?
You can return your ordered items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Returned items must have all tags attached and be packed in their original packaging. All items must be unwashed and unworn and in a resaleable condition. Otherwise the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Please note: If you wish to return individual items from a bundle, we will charge the original price of the respective items (this will be taken into account for the refund).
You can use our returns portal to register your return and receive your return label. Please note that return costs apply and will be deducted from your refund:
Germany: €3.90
Austria: €6.90
Other EU countries: €6.90, €9.90 or €13.90 depending on destination

Would you like to exchange items?
We do not offer direct exchanges via our returns portal. Please return your items and simply place a new order for the desired product. This also applies to individual items from our bundles.
Once your return has reached us, we will refund the corresponding amount minus the return costs. For bundle exchange orders, any shipping costs will be refunded. The price advantage of the bundle remains intact.
Further information
If possible, please return the items in the original packaging. The items must have the original tags and must be unused - except for the purpose of trying them on. If the goods are worn, washed or damaged, there is no obligation to take the goods back.

The refund will be made within a few working days of receiving your goods. Please note that the refund will be made via your original payment method.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email to support@straede.cc. We will exchange your item after checking it.
Alternatively, you can easily report the defect via our returns portal: simply select “Defective” as the reason for return and upload a photo along with a short description of the issue. We will review your case as quickly as possible and get back to you shortly.
