Within Germany you will receive your package free of charge within a few working days for orders over €40. Otherwise we charge a shipping fee of €3.50 per order. We use DHL for shipping.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Shipping costs CHF 24 and is free from an order value of CHF 150. Import duties, meaning customs and Swiss VAT, are already included in the product price. Nothing is added on delivery.

You can register your return and receive your return label via our returns portal. The return costs will be deducted from your refund and are tiered by delivery country:

For orders from Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Sweden, return costs are charged in the respective local currency – the amount may vary from the euro value due to exchange rate fluctuations.
You can alternatively organise the return at your own cost. The shipping risk until receipt of the goods as well as any postage and insurance costs are borne by you. Processing may take longer without the use of our return label.
