Fall replacement guarantee

Unfortunately, sometimes falls happen. Our clothing often absorbs a large part of the impact - good for our skin but bad for the kit we love.

With our fall replacement guarantee, we will replace damaged items free of charge in the event of a fall. Send us pictures of the damaged product to support@straede.cc so that we can examine your concern.

Note the following conditions:
- Send us your receipt or order confirmation
- If your damaged item is no longer in stock, we will credit you with the purchase price in the form of a voucher code
- Only applies to items purchased in the last 6 months

We also reserve the right to make decisions depending on the individual case. Intentionally damaged products will not be replaced.
