Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs apply to every return and will be automatically deducted from your refund. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out before placing your order – we're happy to help you find the right fit straight away.

Bundles: When exchanging bundle items, we will reimburse the shipping costs for your new order. Simply register a return for the relevant product and place a new order afterwards. The bundle discount will be retained – you do not need to return and reorder the entire bundle. The return shipping costs still apply in this case.

Important: Items that have been worn or washed beyond trying on will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We personally inspect every return and reserve the right to refuse acceptance if these conditions are not met.
